Terms of Service
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Bloodline Cards & Comics ("we", "us", the "Company"). By browsing, creating an account, or buying from bloodline.mezoworks.com, you accept them.

1. Who we are

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any grading company, card manufacturer, publisher, league, team, or player.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may suspend or terminate an account, or restrict its ability to purchase or to submit items to us, at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, misuse of the site, or breach of these terms. Where practical we will tell you why.
3. Condition, grading, and authenticity
This section is important. Please read it before buying.
Graded items
Some items are encapsulated ("slabbed") by an independent third-party grading company such as PSA, BGS/Beckett, SGC, or CGC. Where an item is graded, the grade and the grader shown are transcribed from the label applied by that company. Any authentication or grade is the opinion of that third-party grading company, not ours. We do not perform authentication or grading, we do not employ graders, and we do not independently verify a third party's grade or authentication. We make no representation that any grading company's opinion is correct. Questions about a grade or an encapsulation are directed to the issuing grading company.
Raw (ungraded) items
Raw items are sold as-is. They have not been graded or authenticated by any third party, and we make no representation as to their authenticity, grade, or investment value. Any condition description we provide for a raw item is our subjective opinion only, offered in good faith, and is not a guarantee. If authenticity or condition matters to you, buy a graded item or have the item independently graded after purchase.
Descriptions and images
We describe items in good faith, but descriptions and photographs may not capture every flaw, and colour reproduction varies between screens. Terms such as "mint", "near mint", and "excellent" are subjective. No description creates a warranty beyond what is stated in these terms.
No investment advice
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, or appraisal advice. Collectible values fluctuate and can fall. Any estimated value shown in your account is an indicative figure drawn from our own pricing and is not an appraisal, an offer to buy, or a guarantee of resale value.
4. Orders, pricing, and availability
Nearly all of our inventory is one of a kind. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we accept your order and ship it.
We may cancel and refund an order in full if: the item sold first or is unavailable; the listing contained a pricing, description, or image error; we suspect fraud or reseller abuse; or we cannot verify your billing or shipping details. A cancelled order is refunded to the original payment method and is your sole remedy.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Your use of the payment flow is also subject to Stripe's terms. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend your account and decline future orders while the dispute is open. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first is a breach of these terms.
6. Selling to us
When you submit an item through our "Sell to Us" form you are requesting an offer. Nothing in that process is binding on either side. Any figure we quote is an indication based only on the photographs and details you supply, is subject to physical inspection, and may be revised or withdrawn until payment is sent.
By submitting an item you represent that you own it free of any lien or claim, that you have the right to sell it, and that it is not stolen, counterfeit, or altered in a way you have not disclosed. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from a breach of that representation.
We may decline any submission for any lawful reason.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the site unlawfully; scrape, spider, or bulk-download our content; attempt to access another user's account or any non-public part of the site; probe or test our security; interfere with the site's operation; submit false reports; or resell access to the site. We may pursue any remedy available to us for a breach of this section.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its layout, text, and the Bloodline name and logo belong to us. Card images, character names, team marks, and publisher marks remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for the sole purpose of identifying the specific item offered for sale. We claim no rights in them.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Except where these terms or applicable law say otherwise, the site and everything sold through it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our officers, employees, or suppliers are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of the site or any item bought through it — even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an item is limited to the amount you actually paid for that item. Our total liability for any other claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or any item you sell or submit to us.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Please contact us first. Most problems are resolved quickly by email. You agree to give us at least 30 days from written notice of a dispute to resolve it informally before starting any formal proceeding.
If we cannot resolve it, any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognised US arbitration provider, seated in the state whose law governs these terms, rather than in court — except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either of us may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property.
Class action waiver. Disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity. Neither of us may bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
Some jurisdictions do not permit mandatory arbitration or class waivers. Where that is the case, this section applies only to the extent permitted, and the remainder of these terms continues to apply.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the last revision. Material changes will be signposted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. The version in force when you place an order governs that order.
14. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business. These terms, together with the policies linked from them, are the entire agreement between us.
